# Error Codes

In this section, you'll find the common errors that may occur during the development and operation of your application. This covers both the error from the SDK and the VIDA backend.

### **Web SDK**

<table><thead><tr><th width="123.8203125">Code</th><th>Message</th><th>Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>40001</td><td>"Unable to proceed, please check your connection"</td><td>Indicates that the user's device is not connected to the internet.</td></tr><tr><td>40002</td><td>"Unable to proceed due to network timeout, please check your connection"</td><td>Indicates that the network request timed out, possibly due to a slow or unstable internet connection.</td></tr><tr><td>40003</td><td>"Unable to proceed, ensure authorization method is correct and token is not expired"</td><td>Indicates that the provided authorization token is invalid or has expired.</td></tr><tr><td>50005</td><td>"Unknown error occurred, please try again later"</td><td>A general error indicating an unknown issue that requires further investigation.</td></tr><tr><td>60003</td><td>"Unknown error while generating hash"</td><td>Indicates an issue occurred while generating a hash, typically during a secure operation.</td></tr><tr><td>70001</td><td>"Unable to proceed, the functionality will not work without Camera permissions"</td><td>Indicates that the SDK does not have the required camera permissions to proceed.</td></tr><tr><td>70002</td><td>"Unable to proceed, failed to download face landmark models"</td><td>Indicates a failure in downloading the required face landmark models, possibly due to network issues.</td></tr><tr><td>70003</td><td>"Unable to proceed, browser or device doesn't support this functionality"</td><td>Indicates that the user's browser or device does not meet the technical requirements to run the SDK.</td></tr><tr><td>70004</td><td>"Unable to proceed, failed to process video frames"</td><td>Indicates that the video frames could not be processed, possibly due to hardware limitations or other issues.</td></tr><tr><td>70005</td><td>"Unable to proceed, No camera device found"</td><td>Indicates that no camera device is detected on the user's system.</td></tr><tr><td>70006</td><td>"Image capture process has failed"</td><td>Indicates that the process to capture an image from the camera has failed.</td></tr><tr><td>70007</td><td>"Detection timed out"</td><td>Indicates that the liveness detection process timed out before completion.</td></tr><tr><td>70008</td><td>"User cancelled liveness process by closing the modal"</td><td>Indicates that the user canceled the liveness detection process by closing the modal dialog.</td></tr><tr><td>70009</td><td>"Camera start process is failed"</td><td>Indicates that the process to start the camera has failed.</td></tr><tr><td>70010</td><td>"Maximum attempt to retry liveness has exhausted, Try again later"</td><td>Indicates that the user has exceeded the maximum number of retry attempts for the liveness process.</td></tr></tbody></table>
