# User Journey
#### 1. **Client Landing Screen**
This is the initial interface users see on the client-managed platform before starting the onboarding process.

#### 2. **Phone Number Input**
Users are prompted to enter their phone number. The "Next" button remains inactive until the full number is input correctly.

#### 3. **Phone Number Not Found**
If the number is not recognized, users see this screen with options to re-enter the number or return to the homepage.

#### 4. **NIK Input (National Identity Number)**
Users must enter their NIK. Similar to the phone number field, the button activates only after the complete number is entered.

#### 5. **Consent Screen**
Before continuing, users are presented with a consent notice informing them that their identity will be verified.

#### 6. **Liveness Tutorial Screen**
Instructions are shown to guide users through the liveness check process, explaining best practices and things to avoid.

#### 7. **Camera Access Request**
Users are prompted to grant camera access to begin the liveness verification.
***
#### 8. **Selfie Capture Screen**
This screen provides clear steps for users to capture their selfie correctly for identity verification.

#### 9. **Need Help Screen**
Guidance is offered for users who are unsure or facing difficulties during the selfie/liveness step.

#### 10. **Maximum Attempts Reached**
Appears if the user has failed the liveness check too many times. They are informed that they cannot proceed further at this time.

#### 11. **Review Screen (On Error)**
Displayed if there’s an error with the captured selfie. The user is shown the issue and prompted to retake or adjust as needed.

#### 12. **Personal Information Review**
After successful liveness and OCR, users can review their personal details extracted from their ID.

#### 13. **Incorrect Data Handling**
If the data is incorrect, users are given the option to identify which part is wrong and correct it.

#### 14. **Success Confirmation**
This final screen confirms that the onboarding and KYC process has been successfully completed.
