# Periodic KYC Refresh / Re-KYC

A commercial bank must re-verify customers whose documents have expired. It sends secure re-verification links via email or SMS, enabling users to complete KYC refresh through a quick, browser-based flow.

Automate and simplify re-KYC via secure, low-friction digital journeys.

**Key Requirements:**

* Lite KYC module: Document Verification, OCR, or Passive Liveness
* Link-based verification (WhatsApp, SMS, or email)
* Fully web-based, no app required
