Apply Company Seal to Documents

Use VIDA’s eSeal API or USB Token Desktop App to apply your organization’s legally recognized digital seal on official documents.

When a document needs to represent an organization—rather than an individual—Indonesia’s PSrE framework allows for electronic seals (eSeal). These carry the company’s identity and are typically applied to documents like invoices, tax filings, agreements, corporate letters, and certificates.

VIDA offers two ways to apply company eSeals:

Option 1: eSeal API (For Systems & Automation)

Ideal for high-volume, system-triggered use cases where your backend or document system needs to stamp official documents with your company seal.

Who it's for:

  • SaaS platforms generating company documents (e.g. B2B invoices, letters)

  • Enterprises automating internal paperwork approvals

  • Developers integrating corporate branding/seals into PDF generation workflows

Key Benefits:

  • REST API for applying eSeal to PDFs without human intervention

  • Secure credential storage via HSM or VIDA cloud vault

  • Works in batch or per-document mode

  • Audit-ready with certificate details and timestamp

Option 2: USB Token Desktop App (For Manual/Regulated Signing)

For businesses that prefer—or are required by internal policy—to use local credential storage. VIDA provides a secure desktop application that applies eSeals using a USB token (smartcard) tied to the company’s certificate.

Who it's for:

  • Legal, finance, or admin teams applying seals manually

  • Highly regulated sectors (e.g., banking, public sector) with offline controls

  • Use cases where human review or on-premise control is necessary

Key Benefits:

  • Secure desktop client for controlled environments

  • Compatible with smartcards issued by VIDA as PSrE

  • Drag-and-drop or command-line operation for applying seals

  • Ideal for signed PDFs, scanned letters, and official forms
