# General Sign Flow

**1. Log In / Access Platform**\
Users access the secure web-based platform via browser 

**2. Upload Document**

* Upload PDF or supported document formats
* Drag and drop files or browse from local storage 

**3. Configure Signing Workflow**

* Define document title and purpose
* Add one or more signers
* Choose signing order 

**4. Set Signer Authentication Method**

**5. Place Signature Fields**

* Drag and drop signature, initials, date, and text input fields
* Assign fields to specific signers
* Add notes or instructions

**6. Send for Signature**

* Send document via email invitation
* Set optional deadline and reminders

**7. Signer Receives & Signs**

* Signers are guided through a secure signing experience
* Identity is verified as per configured method
* Signers apply digital signature and/or e-Meterai
* Confirmation screen and email receipt

**8. Real-Time Tracking & Notifications**

* Sender monitors signing status (pending, signed, declined)
* Automated email notifications/reminders for incomplete actions

**9. Completion & Document Download**

* Once all parties sign, a final signed document is generated
* Full audit trail attached
* Download available in dashboard or sent via email

**10. Store or Archive**

* Option to download, archive in VIDA Sign.
