## **Uploading Single Document**:

* After you choose to upload a single document for stamping with eMeterai:
  1. **Selecting the Source File**:
     * Click 'Open File/Folder' to select the PDF document you want to stamp.
     * A file dialog will open; navigate to the desired file and select it as your source document.
  2. **Choosing the Output File**:
     * You will then be prompted to specify the output file location and name.
     * Choose where you want the stamped document to be saved and enter a file name.
  3. **Adjusting Stamp Position**:
     * Upon selecting the source and output files, a preview of your document will appear, similar to the image provided.
     * Use the 'Page' dropdown to select the page number where you want the stamp applied.
     * Adjust the 'Position X' and 'Position Y' fields to specify the exact location on the page for the stamp.
  4. **Confirming the Stamp**:
     * Once you are satisfied with the stamp's position, click 'Confirm' to finalize the stamping process.
* (Optional) Click on the 'Preview Document' button. This will open a read-only preview of the document with the eMeterai stamp applied at the location you've set.

## Uploading Bulk Documents:

     * Choose a different location from the source folder to avoid errors. The app will not proceed if both locations are the same and will display an error message.
  3. **Selecting the Stamp Template**:
     * Use the 'Select Template' dropdown to choose a template that defines the stamp's placement and position on the documents.

## **Selecting Document Type**:

* Use the 'Select Type of the Document' dropdown to choose the relevant document type for your eMeterai stamp.
* This classification helps ensure the stamp is applied correctly according to the document's specifications.

## **Proceed with Stamping**:

* After selecting your document and specifying the type, click the 'PROCEED' button to move forward with the stamping process.

## Monitor Stamping Process:

* Once the 'Proceed' button is clicked in the eMeterai app, users will be directed to a task queue screen where they can monitor the status of their upload transaction.
* Once a task is successfully completed, it will be removed from the list automatically. The stamped document will be available in the specified output folder.
