Create Envelope

The envelope object is the core container in a Vida Sign transaction, managing documents, sender details, recipient information, and tracking for the signing process.

• Contains the Documents to be Signed

  • Contains one or more documents that are uploaded and prepared for signature.

• Sender Information

  • Holds details about the sender initiating the transaction

• Recipient Information

  • Includes comprehensive details about each recipient involved in the signing process, such as:

    • Recipient Name and Email Address

  • Supports multiple recipients with custom workflows, including signing order.

• Status Tracking

  • Provides real-time status updates for the envelope, allowing both sender and recipients to track the signing journey.
