Payments & Remittance Platform - Use Cases
VIDA provides a secure and compliant onboarding and transaction experience for domestic and international money transfer platforms. Through advanced identity verification, consent management, and continuous authentication, the platform ensures that only authorized users can initiate and complete transactions safely.

Customer Onboarding & KYC
The user signs up to initiate domestic or international money transfers.
The platform collects government-issued ID and identity documents.
OCR automatically extracts data from the uploaded ID to streamline onboarding.
KYC validation checks the authenticity of the identity and ensures compliance with AML and financial regulations.
Liveness Detection & FaceMatch
The user is asked to take a selfie for identity verification.
Liveness Detection confirms the user is present and not using a spoofed image or recording.
FaceMatch compares the selfie with the photo on the ID to validate the user’s identity.
Consent & Digital Signatures for Regulatory Acknowledgement
The user is prompted to accept terms and conditions for money transfers.
e-Meterai enables digital stamping and signing of compliance forms or declarations where legally required.
This ensures the transaction is logged with verifiable consent and legal standing.
Device and Face ID based Authentication secures user login and access across devices.
Re-authentication via Liveness Detection and FaceMatch may be requested while accessing sensitive information or high risk transactions.
Account Activity
Before authorising large transfers, Device Authentication checks if the transaction is coming from a trusted device.
Liveness Detection is triggered for high-value or suspicious transfers to ensure the user is physically present.
FaceMatch is used again to confirm identity before final transaction execution.
The platform monitors for unusual transfer patterns or login behaviours.
AML CTF Checks
As part of compliance, VIDA runs AML-CTF checks to identify any suspicious activity or fraud.
